we are generalists, our primary customer base consists of global
corporations, service organizations, consulting firms, private
enterprises and start-ups whom we represent on a retained
basis for various positions throughout their organizations.

conduct on site interviews in our clients' offices in most major
cities throughout the country, as well as abroad, and provide
consulting services including client surveys, market research,
compensation surveys, competitive organizational analysis, in
house recruiter training and internal candidate review services.

of Kristan International's additional areas of expertise over
the years has been orchestrating recruitment projects for multiple
positions for client companies during periods of reorganization
or of rapid domestic growth as well as expansion into other countries.

Robert
Kristan has 24 years of retained executive search experience
for companies throughout the world in various disciplines including
Executive Management, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Engineering,
Operations, Finance, Information Technology, Product Development,
Procurement, Project Management and Venture Capital resources.
In addition, due to his in-depth knowledge and expertise
in the recruitment industry, he has conducted seminars focused
on attracting, hiring and retaining superior employees to various
organizations. Mr. Kristan has traveled extensively throughout
his career to meet or interview executives of many of the most
successful and progressive companies in the world. Prior to
launching Kristan International, Mr. Kristan had 3 ½
years of previous global search experience, entering the executive
search industry upon graduating from the Pennsylvania State
University in 1979.
