PHASE I

INITIAL
CONSULTATION

  1. Conduct client meetings to develop a thorough understanding and definition of the assignment
  2. Assess the challenges for the search, agree on a successful search strategy, craft a position profile, and set target dates
  3. Assemble the search team to immediately gather information on your company, competitors, and overall market conditions.

PHASE II
IDENTIFY & ACCESS CANDIDATES

  1. Identify target corporations who employ appropriate candidates and access our network of professional resources
  2. Conduct all initial interviewing with prospective candidates
  3. Compile a comprehensive candidate summaries including salary history, personality traits and desired career development

PHASE III
PRESENTAITON & RECOMMENDATION OF CANDIDATES

  1. Finalize target group of candidates after conducting in-depth personal interviews and evaluating for "fit" in company culture
  2. Schedule interviews and facilitate logistics including travel and hotel arrangements
  3. Provide feedback to the client and the candidate concerning post-interview thoughts and impressions.
  4. Continue to recruit and have a list of "back-up" candidates.


PHASE IV
SEARCH CONCLUSION

  1. Selection of final candidate
  2. Provide client with recommendations on compensation structuring, offer presentation and negotiation strategies.
  3. Once a final candidate has been selected, we serve as an intermediary between the client and candidate to ensure a successful conclusion to the search.
  4. Document each phase of project and create an effective base for serving the client in the future.
